With a population of 4.3 million, metro Detroit provides a landscape ripe with opportunity. The Detroit Project is a church-planting movement, endeavoring by God’s grace to plant 35 churches by 2035. As part of this effort, I am serving as a Church-Planting Apprentice with Sojourn PCA in Sterling Heights, through 2028. My focus is on Outreach and Evangelism, helping equip the church to reach the Lost, the Unchurched, the Under-Churched, and the De-Churched with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God willing and with the help of others, in 2028 we will launch a new church plant in a nearby town here in Metro Detroit.
