Ministering to those serving in government

Robert has been serving with Ministry to State in Washington, D.C. since January, 2020. He focuses mostly on developing and creating teaching resources for those working on Capitol Hill. He is the Project Leader of Ministry to State’s Public Theology Project, co-host of The Statement podcast, and a frequent contributor to Ministry to State’s weekly devotional which is read by over 100 staffers on Capitol Hill. He also disciples a group of young men working in government, meeting with them regularly for Bible study and prayer.

Robert also serves as the Pastoral Intern at Christ Presbyterian Church in Burke, VA and as a Chaplain Candidate in the USAR. He is a graduate of Hillsdale College and is nearly finished with his M.Div at Covenant Theological Seminary. He lives in northern Virginia with his wife, Kirsten, and three sons.
