CH (COL) David P. Peterson, USA, Ret. was the second PRCC Executive Director and Endorser after William B. Leonard retired. Dave was well loved by all of the Chaplains that he served, as well as by his Staff and PRCC Commissioners. Shown here is Dave (on the left) making a presentation to Dr. Kennedy Smartt at a PRCC Commission Meeting. Upon Dave’s retirement as the PRCC Endorser, on February 24, 2009, the PRCC Commission established the David P. Peterson Leadership Fund in Dave’s honor. These funds are used to provide scholarships and expenses for PRCC Training Events.
