MNA Church Planter Development led by Jim Hatch

With a broken culture needing Jesus Christ, what is the best way to see more lost sheep enfolded into the loving Kingdom of Jesus? Clearly, through the starting of new churches. What is the greatest need in starting new churches? Money? No indeed!

The greatest need is discovering the right folks to start those churches! I have the exciting role of helping to unearth called and competent friends and help develop them toward church planting. Specifically, I spend time on seminary campuses nudging seminary students toward outwardly faced ministries such as campus ministry, missions and church planting.

This is done through Ministry Lunches, chapel talks, and many, many conversations over coffee or a meal. I also lead Church Planter Readiness Seminars, a part of our assessing strategy made appropriate to where seminary  students are, both singles and couples.

Further, I am training a group of others who can undertake the same challenge on the seminary campuses in their city.

Jan and I continue to see how your faithful giving pays off in the lives of seminary students around the country who catch a vision of seeing the Lord’s Kingdom extended. Thank you!

Gratefully,

Jim Hatch
